By downloading, accessing, or using the Turn Taxi application or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including riders, registered account holders, and guests.

Turn Taxi reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Turn Taxi account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Turn Taxi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Fares displayed at the time of booking are estimates based on expected route, distance, and time. Final charges may vary due to actual route taken, traffic conditions, tolls, waiting time, or surge pricing during high-demand periods.

You will always be shown an upfront fare estimate before confirming your ride. By confirming, you agree to pay the final fare as calculated upon trip completion.

Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a trip after a driver has been assigned. The specific fee depends on how far the driver is from your pickup location and the time elapsed.

All payments are processed securely through our in-app payment system. Turn Taxi does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Riders are expected to treat drivers and their vehicles with respect. Harassment, verbal abuse, physical violence, or any form of discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.

You must not request a driver to violate any traffic laws, take routes you know to be illegal, or engage in any activity that compromises passenger or driver safety.

Riders are responsible for any damage caused to a driver's vehicle during a trip. Turn Taxi may charge a cleaning or repair fee if damage is reported and substantiated.

Smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol in vehicles is not permitted unless the driver has explicitly consented.

Airport pickups are subject to applicable airport fees and surcharges, which will be reflected in your fare estimate. Riders are responsible for communicating the correct terminal and arrival gate.

For scheduled rides, Turn Taxi will attempt to assign a driver at the confirmed time. While we make every effort to ensure punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Waiting time charges apply after a standard grace period from the scheduled pickup time. Grace periods and rates are displayed in the app at the time of booking.

Turn Taxi acts as a technology platform connecting riders with independent drivers. We do not employ drivers and are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of drivers on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turn Taxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Turn Taxi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

In the event of a dispute regarding a fare, trip, or driver conduct, please contact our in-app support team within 30 days of the incident. We will investigate and aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Turn Taxi operates. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
